Incorporate in Japan

Godo Kaisha (GK)

GK was created based on the limited liability company (LLC) in the U.S., and often used when the member(s) prefer to save the initial cost of formation of a company. Compared with Kabushiki Kaisha (KK), LLC has no obligation to publicize its B/S, and can make their Articles of Incorporation more freely (ex. a company can make the term of office of directors indefinite, while the term at Kabushiki Kaisha should be one to ten years).
