Following is an example of fees and expenses to incorporate a Japanese Godo Kaisha (GK), also known as limited liability company (LLC).

3. Expense for obtaining the certificates of registraton 3,500 (5 pcs.) JPY700 for each copy
4. Expense for obtaining the certificates of seal 1,500 (3 pcs.) JPY500 for each copy
5. Revenue stamp for the Articles of Incorporation Nil or 40,000 In case of electronic notarization, you are exempt from this cost.
6. Out of pocket expenses (local transportation and courier, etc.) 20,000  
7. Making corporate seals approx. 30,000  
8. Report to the Bank of Japan   42,000
