Following is an example of fees and expenses to establish a branch office in Japan.

2. Application for commercial registration 52,500 Preparing application documents and lodging them with the Legal Affairs Bureau.

5. Expense for obtaining the certificates of seal 1,500 (3 pcs.) JPY500 for each copy
